The co-operative Hôtel du Nord and the social tourism agency Ekitour signed a cooperation agreement for the implementation of an pilot version of Hôtel du Nord in region Poitou-Charentes.
This pilot project is a new step towards the creation of a international collaborative platform of hospitality H2H – from human to human, host in host, history to history – of the same qualitative level as those dominating the sector of tourism while applying the cooperative principles and the Europeans ones from the Faro Convention. This pilote cooperation is going to allow to test in situ the extension of the experience of Hôtel du Nord in another territory with the historic actors of social tourism.
